Health insurance insurance is a way to improve health care. The International Labor Organization has defined health insurance as "reducing or reducing the risk of an uncertain loss of an individual or a family by bringing together a large number of similarly exposed individuals or a family that is included in a mutual fund that makes the least loss to any member" (ILO, 1996). To put more simply, in the health insurance program, people who have a risk of a specific event contribute a small amount towards the health insurance fund.
